COVID-19 Shipping Notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the USPS slowdown shipping times may be slightly delayed.

We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) to send all orders because they're the most reliable and cost-effective choice for our customers and us, a small business.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and deliberate orders to slow down delivery of mail, transportation availability is limited, which will increase the time required to ship packages. (Priority Mail service seems to be less affected and more predictable than First Class.) We recommend adding 1-3 additional days to domestic shipping estimates. 

The USPS maintains a frequently-updated Service Alerts page, where general COVID-related news, and, for example, noticed of suspensions to countries outside of the United States are posted. 

Once orders are shipped, emails with tracking numbers are sent out. We have noticed the USPS has not consistently been updating tracking of all shipments, but do seem to always mark packages as delivered within a day of delivery. Please refer to this tracking number for updates on the whereabouts of your order.
